Shea Properties announced today Shea Center West Corona, a 731,000-square-foot Class A industrial park in Riverside County, recently signed four leases and is now fully occupied.

Shea Center West Corona consists of three buildings that feature dock-high and ground level loading doors, ESFR sprinklers, potential secured yards, 32’ clear heights, a second-story office space and ample parking for heavy industrial companies along with Brine Line capabilities. The project construction began in late 2018 and was completed in March 2020.

The four companies at Shea Center West Corona include Columbia Aluminum Products, Tyger Auto, Mascot International Logistics and Web Deal Direct.

“We are thrilled by the interest Shea Center West Corona receieved,” said Jon Marchiorlatti, Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions & Development for Shea Properties. “The need for quality industrial space in a convenient, central location made this property perfect for businesses looking for a home here in Southern California.”

Located off the 91 Freeway at Lincoln Avenue, Shea Center West Corona is strategically within minutes of Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties and is less than one mile from major freeway interchanges with both east and west access.

Ben Seybold, Sean Ward and Dan de la Paz of CBRE handle the leasing for the project.
