The Square at Bressi Ranch, an 87,000-square-foot neighborhood center in Carlsbad developed by Shea Properties, today announced the opening of two new restaurants – Ebullition Brew Works & Gastronomy and Giaola Italian Kitchen.
“We are excited to welcome two new family-owned establishments to The Square at Bressi Ranch,” said Kiril McKee, senior vice president of retail leasing at Shea Properties. “Bringing together a mix of food, fitness and convenient services, the roster of tenants were selected to complement the busy lifestyle of Bressi residents and offer a little something for everyone.”
Ebullition Brew Works & Gastronomy bridges the best of both worlds – craft beer and gourmet food. Offering a diverse menu of elevated comfort food, the new executive chef – Gunnar Planter – cultivated his extensive experience to create dishes that excite the whole family. Don’t miss the award winning Mac ‘n Cheese, Bavarian pretzel, or Picadillo pie. Ebullition offers dine-in, take-out and delivery.
“We are thrilled to open our doors in Bressi Ranch and be a part of this incredible neighborhood,” said Jesse Richardson, co-founder of Ebullition. “At Ebullition, we designed our restaurant to be a community gathering place where friends and family can come together for delicious, well-made food and locally brewed beer.”
Giaola Italian Kitchen is North County’s newest destination for modern Italian cuisine. Featuring time-honored family recipes with fresh ingredients, Giaola’s full-service restaurant offers comfortable in-house dining, take-out, delivery and catering. Signature specialties include the antipasto salad with fresh meats, vegetables and cheeses; the deep fried calzone; and spaghetti carbonara with house-made pasta.
“We want to bring the memories of grandma’s cooking to our customers,” said Sandra DiCicco, owner of Giaola’s and CEO of Grand Restaurant Group. “Our hope is that our guests feel like family when they dine with us.”
Ebullition and Giaola join the growing roster of tenants currently open at The Square, including anchors BevMo, CVS Pharmacy and Sprouts, as well as Bantam’s Roost, Bird Rock Coffee Roaster, Casero Taqueria, Mendocino Farms, Panini Kabob Grill, Richard Walker’s Pancake House, Tabu Shabu, Wood Ranch BBQ, F45 Training, Yoga Six, KBS Golf Experience and more.
“As we continue to keep the health and safety of our customers and employees in mind, our retail centers have remained an essential part of the community and it’s been incredible to see the support for restaurants and retailers throughout our portfolio,” said McKee.
