Shea Properties announced today two new leases signed at Alhambra Place, the 120,000-square-foot specialty retail center at the corner of Main and Garfield in Alhambra, just eight miles from downtown Los Angeles. Sephora is slated to open in Fall 2021.
Sephora, opening in Fall 2021, is a leader in prestige omni-retail with the purpose of creating an inviting beauty shopping experience and inspiring fearlessness in its community. The Sephora retail concept is rooted in presenting clients with the most curated product assortment featuring over 400 brands, an innovative store design and expertly trained beauty advisors. Additionally, all stores are powered by 100% renewable energy, helping to reduce the retailer’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and underscoring its commitment to the planet via its Sephora Stands sustainability program.
All That Shabu aims to bring high-quality ingredients to enhance the shabu shabu experience. The all-you-can-eat format includes a wide variety of proteins, vegetables, noodles, and more for a customizable dining option.

Sephora and All That Shabu will join anchors Sprouts Farmers Market and Burlington, as well as Bank of the West, Blaze Pizza, The Big Catch, The Habit and Wingstop. Alhambra Place is also adjacent to 88 at Alhambra Place, 260 luxury apartment units developed by Shea Apartments.
