Shea Properties today announced that Good Boy, a new concept from Specialty Restaurants Corporation, will open at Ocean Ranch Village in the former Hendrix Restaurant & Bar space.
Slated to debut in early 2027, Good Boy will be a place that feels equally suited for dinner, an after-work drink, weekend brunch, or a late-night celebration, pairing a distinctive setting with the spirited hospitality that has defined Specialty Restaurants Corporation for decades.
“Ocean Ranch Village continues to evolve as a vibrant gathering place for residents and visitors alike,” said Lillian Kuo, Senior Vice President of Commercial Management at Shea Properties. “The addition of Good Boy further strengthens Ocean Ranch Village’s dining collection and underscores our commitment to bringing sought-after food and beverage destinations to the South Orange County community.”
