Shea Properties today announced that Curl Fitness is now open at Ocean Ranch Village, one of South Orange County’s premier community shopping centers in Laguna Niguel.

The retail plaza complements the adjacent Ocean Ranch Village Dana Point, a 102,000-square-foot neighborhood center with a high-volume Ralphs Fresh Fare Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy. Both centers are highly visible from Golden Lantern, a major street, drawing tourists and residents of Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, South Laguna Beach and San Clemente.
