Shea Properties today announced that Curl Fitness will be coming to Ocean Ranch Village, the popular neighborhood center located at the corner of Camino del Avion and Golden Lantern.
Curl Fitness is a premier fitness center offering state-of-the-art fitness equipment and amenities, weights, cardio equipment, and experienced personal trainers. The facility will benefit from a substantially expanded workout floor and an extensive remodel to transform the space into a true state-of-the-art luxury fitness club. The retail plaza complements the adjacent Ocean Ranch Village Dana Point, a 102,000-square-foot neighborhood center with a high-volume Ralph’s supermarket and a CVS. Both centers are highly visible from Golden Lantern, a major street, drawing tourists and residents of Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, South Laguna Beach and San Clemente. The two Ocean Ranch Village locations are close to Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, Dana Point Harbor and Pacific Coast Highway.
