City of Industry, California, October 6, 2026 — Shea Properties today announced the start of construction of Shea Center Industry, a new Class A industrial development in City of Industry that will provide approximately 118,232 square feet of modern warehouse and distribution space across two buildings.
Located in the eastern San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, Shea Center Industry is designed to meet the needs of a range of industrial users, with flexible buildings, consisting of 48,073 and 70,159 square feet, with 5,000 to 7,000 square feet of office space.
The project will feature 32-foot clear heights, ESFR fire suppression, grade-level and dock-high doors, dedicated office space and ample parking. Each building will have a fenced, private, concrete yard with electric rolling gate operator. Facilities will also have 2,000-amp main switch gear that is expandable to 4,000 amps.

Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in late 2027.
