• Trio Apartments

    Located in the historic Pasadena Playhouse District, this mixed-use, infill development included a 304-unit luxury apartment community and 14,600 square feet of support retail. The project also included the revitalization of two historic structures. Trio was sold in 2011.

  • The Shops / Waterford Place

    One of the first smart growth, mixed-use developments in the East Bay, Waterford Place and The Shops combined street level retail with 390 high-density apartment units. Waterford was sold in 2009.

  • RE/MAX World Headquarters

    This 250,000 square foot, twelve-story office building is one of the most architecturally impressive structures in Colorado. It offers state-of-the-art services, including a 100-seat auditorium, 6,000 square foot broadcasting studio, a training center, and two restaurants.

  • Village Center Station

    This 9-story, Class A, LEED Gold property provides 234,000 square feet of office space, on-site retail, restaurants, fitness facility and conference rooms in the heart of the DTC. Future phases are now under construction and will add nearly 500,000 square feet of office and retail space and include a new headquarters for CoBank.

  • CH2M Hill World Headquarters

    Shea Properties designed and constructed this 500,000 square foot corporate campus of four buildings in the Meridian International Business Center. The build-to-suit project was the first private sector office development to obtain LEED Certification in Colorado. The complex consists of a full service cafeteria, conference rooms, data center and fitness center.

  • Crescent Town Center

    This mixed-use development contains a half-million square feet of Class A office space as well as a bank, hotel, restaurant, generous open space, two water features and a public amphitheater used for summer concerts. In conjunction with the Metro District, Shea’s team also coordinated, planned and built the infrastructure for the Crescent Town Center, including parks, ponds, roads and bridges.

  • Maroon Circle Complex

    The Maroon Complex buildings I, II, & III make up the 264,000 square foot master plan for this property. The complex sits near the 18th fairway of the Meridian Golf Club and offers panoramic mountain views. The center has remained a popular multi-tenant location since its completion.

  • Shea Center Highlands Ranch

    The two buildings total 242,000 square feet of Class A office space. The convenient Highlands Ranch location offers access to C-470 and Highway 85, and is situated just minutes from a host of retail and dining options, as well as the Highlands Ranch Golf Club.

  • Bellview Promenade

    This 112,000 square foot retail plaza is comprised of restaurant and up-scale shops in the heart of the DTC. The center, with its pedestrian promenade and landscaped 600-space parking precinct, resembles a grandly-scaled European Square.

  • The Wildlife Experience

    The 130,000 square foot Wildlife Experience is an educational and entertaining museum that connects visitors with wildlife and habitats in a fun learning environment. Shea Properties developed this project specifically for the owners of The Wildlife Experience.
