Peter Culshaw

Mr. Culshaw oversees a Colorado portfolio that includes 2 million SF of commercial and 750 apartment units. He is a real estate veteran known for starting and growing the successful Denver Technological and Meridian International Business Centers.

Lillian Kuo

SVP, Commercial Management

Ms. Kuo is responsible for all areas of asset management, property management and leasing for the company’s stabilized Retail, Industrial and Office portfolios—which currently totals nearly five million square feet throughout California and Colorado.

Yunmi Martin

SVP, Shea Apartments

Ms. Martin is responsible for oversight and leadership of the apartment portfolio which includes 7,500 units in California and Colorado. Her 24 years of experience spans product types from garden-style to high-rise with a specialty in lease-up.

Kiril McKee

SVP, Retail Leasing

Ms. McKee oversees leasing activities within the California retail portfolio. Her vast experience and strong tenant relationships have helped her successfully lease premier locations including, Santana Row, Westfield Galleria and The Collection at RiverPark.

Steve Schafenacker

SVP, California Development

Mr. Schafenacker has more than 25 years of real estate experience. He is responsible for overseeing commercial development in California. Throughout his career, he has delivered many successful projects including, San Francisco Center and Victoria Gardens.

Linda Davidson

VP, Human Resources

Ms. Davidson oversees the company’s Human Resources department. An industry veteran with a wide range of expertise, she leads a team responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and learning management.

Greg Anderson

SVP, Multifamily Development

Mr. Anderson possesses more than 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate development from acquisition to lease up and disposition. With strong operational skills, he has developed premier, value-add, multifamily projects throughout the western US.

Brad Deck

SVP, Retail Development

Mr. Deck oversees the retail development process in the California Region--from acquisition to lease-up. With more than 30 years in the retail industry, he brings a broad base of market knowledge and strong tenant relationships to his position.

Lori Klasner

SVP, Accounting

Ms. Klasner is responsible for oversight of the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. She is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of public and private financial and accounting experience in the real estate industry.

John Kilrow

SVP, Colorado Development

Mr. Kilrow leads entitlement efforts, oversees land sales, master planning, and design and functional review of the company’s Colorado office, retail and apartment projects. He was instrumental in the development of the successful Highlands Ranch master plan.

Michael Brown, CPA, CPM

SVP, Colorado Development

Mr. Brown oversees asset management, acquisition and development financing for the Colorado division. With more than 25 years of experience, he has helped the company acquire, dispose of and develop more than 8 million square feet of properties.

Jeff Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham oversees all aspects of construction throughout California and Washington. With 30 years of engineering, project and construction management experience, he has led efforts during a period of unprecedented expansion.

Ron McDaniel, P.E.

Mr. McDaniel oversees all construction activity in Colorado. His 35 years of experience includes general contracting, consulting and more than 20 years of development. In his time with Shea Properties, he has completed more than 40 major projects.

James Williams

Mr. Williams is responsible for all marketing and external communications initiatives for the company. His 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors has led to award-winning programs on traditional, electronic and social media platforms.
